Ms Colleen Belknapp
Executive Director
Colleen has been at Aemilian Preschool since 1987. She began by teaching in the 3 year olds for 13 years and then transitioning to the business manager to work part time when her children were young. In January of 2008 she became the Executive Director. She is passionate about high quality early childhood education and feels lucky to have found such a wonderful program. When she's not at school she and her husband enjoy cheering on her 4 children when they are playing volleyball or baseball.
Ms Carrie
Carrie grew up in Chicago and become a permanent "cheesehead" back in 2002. When she's not working at the preschool, she is busy raising two amazing teenagers. She is an active member of the Germantown Community Special Education Fund and her son's Boy Scout Troop.She loves to go camping and playing with her dog in her free time.

Cathy began her teaching career at Aemilian. She stepped away to raise her sons and took a teaching position in MPS. In 2013 she returned “home” to Aemilian’s and has found her happy place: in a classroom with the 2 year olds. She enjoys the energy and excitement in each day and marvels at the learning and growing that unfolds before her eyes. When she’s away from school Cathy likes taking walks with her silly dog, meeting friends for tea, Scrabble or cribbage matches, sampling a few cookies- warm from the oven, and getting FaceTime visits with her new granddaughter.

Debbie grew up in WI and loves something about every season. She began at Aemilian in 1999, and after 10 years took time off to focus on her family. She raised two beautiful children, Eric, a graduate of Notre Dame; and Elizabeth, a student at UW-Madison.
